What We Do
How We Support Our School:
Field Trips for All Classrooms: We believe hands-on learning is invaluable. That’s why we fund field trips for all grade levels to give our students enriching experiences outside the classroom.
Student Led Leadership Clubs: Each Friday Ross Elementary dedicates an hour to student-led clubs. We provide extra supplies and volunteer support. Past clubs have included art, bikes, garden, Lego, computer, cheerleading, cooking, and more!
Cultural Experiences: We celebrate diversity by providing cultural experiences, like Lunar New Year Lion Dancers, Brazilian music and dance performance, and a family Luau night with Hula and Polynesian dance performance that help our students gain a deeper understanding of the world around them.
Classroom Support: We help fund classroom supplies and resources, ensuring teachers have what they need to create the best learning environment possible.
School-Wide Enrichment Assemblies: From guest speakers to exciting performances, we bring engaging educational experiences to our entire school community.
Leadership Awards & Family Fridays: We recognize students for their leadership and foster family connections through monthly awards and events that encourage participation.
Fun Events for Everyone: We host exciting activities like Movie Nights, Winter Wonderland, and the Jog-A-Thon, where students and families come together to have fun and raise funds for our school.
Restaurant Nights & Community Bonding: Join us for Restaurant Nights, where a portion of proceeds benefits the school, while giving our community the chance to gather and support local businesses.
Teacher Appreciation: Our teachers work tirelessly to inspire and guide our children. We celebrate them through special events like brunches, personalized gifts, and more during Teacher Appreciation Week.
